machland sauerkraut
50 g 
ham
egg yolks
1  
tablespoon sour cream
80 g 
flour
 
oil for frying

Preparation

Drain sauerkraut well, squeeze, pull apart, shred a little, lightly salt and pepper. Cut ham into small cubes, add flour, yolks and sour cream and thoroughly mix. Form small, flat patties from the mass.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides till crispy. Serve hot - with salad or steamed vegetables.
